Obviously you know nothing about Diretors indemnity insurance. That's where the only money is now. In shareholder CA Directors are sued personally.
MB is not stupid and you can bet AG & other directors are being sued personally. Same as DSH Directors are being sued once their indemnity insurance policy was aquired by court order.
