People wanting to sell and not wait in queue behind everyone posting orders before them. They are selling into the highest bid price. I do it all the time I CBF waiting behind 100k shares to get an extra 50 bucks when there's a chance the bids might get sold out bid price lowered beyond what I could get if I sell now.
