Yes thought of all those. PE (arbitration) outcome would only be a worry for a short-term trader who bought higher if they anticipated a fall on FAR losing the case. Not a worry for me though. I'm with OOO or was it Whisky who are "over" arbitartion and just want this monkey off our back no matter what the outcome. Its been useful though in ptotecting us from takeover for several years!! (maybe that was the plan all along?)
