Little T, in relation to your statement about: "you hope the results will be better as they have been treated for 6 weeks longer." Increasing the sample size (e.g. more patients), has a risk of exactly showing the opposite. So this study truly will show does the compound work or not. The efficacy rate in Phase 2 was not so overwhelming so I hope it will be the opposite, with the extended treatment period, plus the increase of the sample size we really can show the value of Trof.
By the way, this is also probably they are doing the extension study already. Because with the data collected by the extension study, they can utilize it with the reimbursement discussion with insurances.
As many stated before, this is a binary event. Good luck to all shareholders & I hope we can punch it through the finish line to help these kids & their families.
