Continuous disclosure requirements are clear in s.674 of Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Companies do not have the discretion to time announcements for particular days of the week.
Why would there be a trading halt prior to the announcement @Tangentland @gingerclam?
There was no TH prior to the announcement of Trofinetide Ph2 headline results, Ph3 results or FDA approval. I don't see any reason for a TH for NNZ-2591 Ph2 headline results, but perhaps you have a compelling argument.
