Although, with the amount of correspondence / enquiries sent to the ASX and their lack of any actions is perplexing considering they are mandated to provide a level of assurance, confidence and protection to investors.

For clarification that refenced article at the bottom of my post is for a company that is proposing voluntary delisting which is not the situation AVZ finds itself in as it is likely to be delisted by the ASX and as such the challenge to delisting options to shareholders referenced in that article will not be available to AVZ holders.
