Yes those audit fees are ridiculous - they don't need one of the big four audit firms doing their work - please dump them at the AGM.
As they are not the operator in most of their wells they shouldn't have a huge staff presence in the US and they should be aiming not to be the operator in any of their wells.
One of their admin costs we want them to retain is their ASX listing but I am fearful it might now go as 72.63% of the shares are now held on AmEx and rising each month.
