Real Depression is rare and is set up by extreme stress resulting in a chemical imbalance that can effect the brain with suicide as an end result. The depression today among the teens and so called millennials is more mind over matter, in this attention seeking world it has become an excuse to be an obnoxious self indulged snow flakes aided and abetted by some in the medical fraternity that are making millions out of treating these imagined ailments. A sure cure is first get a proper job, apprenticeship or a degree that will give you meaningful employment. Get out and take up bushwalking, bird watching, canoeing or anything that will get you out into the real world of trees, creeks, oceans and mountains and away from the garbage of social disease media, its in your hands and start looking at yourselves instead of others for your depressed state.

couldn't agree with you more. mostly today i think its just help i'm lazy and i want someone to do everything for me but no one will and now i'm sad about that.
