He will definetly pay back the money Centrelink will make sure of that! He will get jail time! Hopefully he will be unable to Ever get BENIFITS again ,especially DSP! And from now on any documents he fills asking if he has been convicted of FRAUD will have to be answered yes, thereby increasing the cost to him or now being declined any policies from insurance/banks/ lenders etc.
I'd imagine he would have court costs awarded against him also. I bet if Centrelink looked a bit deeper they might find some of his associates aren't exactly clean also!
