Perhaps you haven't been paying attention. When the capital raise was announced DRO was trading at $AU1.12.
Sophisticated investors and speculators holding the stock would have shorted DRO at that time. It's called short selling against the box.
Retail like some here panicked and placed market orders driving the price down in the absence of bids.
As stated previously the storm is over and opportunity beckons.
