1: I suspect when the 14 million shares traded on the close to transfer Westoz Remaining stock to Van Eck gold fund last month there may have not been enough sellers to go to the buyers and one of the these banks had to short some shares to close the transaction: That means they are short at $1.405

2: They shorted 3.8 Million shares, so they have already lost -$950,000 & every morning KCN rises their boss's are going to be sweating bullets.

3: A month ago Gold was $1690 going down and they would have been high five-ing each other in the office toilets, today its $1770 on it's way back up to All Time highs and they have just transformed from Mr Wizard to Mr Dopey.

4: At some stage the must buy them back. At some stage if KCN keeps going where we all think it's going their loss is going to be so bad the compliance officers wherever they work will force them to buy them back to stop the bloodflow.

5: 3.8 million shares is way to much to cover in KCN - which can most days trade only 250 -600k shares...
