Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 17th Aug 2015 (No. 178)

Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided as I do not have the time to research all the facts that have been provided. Best of Luck.!

It lies in the prolific Cabo Delgado region of Mozambique – famous for carrying the two single biggest graphite deposits on the planet. These deposits are controlled by two other ASX listed companies: Syrah Resources and Triton Minerals. Syrah is currently valued a t over $700 million, and Triton at around $50 million. Somehow, Mozambi Resources (ASX:MOZ), with a market cap of less than $3 million, has signed an option to acquire a piece of ground that literally joins with Triton’s monster Nicanda Hill graphite deposit. It is also just 5km from Syrah’s world leading Balama graphite and vanadium resource – recent China’s state owned Chinalco called Balama one of the best graphite deposits “ever known to man”. And that’s not all… MOZ also now holds sway over another unexplored potential graphite project to the southeast. This tenement is more than double the size (in km2) of the tenement that holds Syrah’s Balama deposit… Next Small Cap Article 14 Aug 2015: http://www.nextsmallcap.com/moz-confirms-high-grade-jumbo-flake-graphite/ MOZ Confirms High Grade Jumbo Flake Graphite Tanzanian graphite company Magnis Resources is now capped, fully diluted, around the $200M mark, while its share price has risen 95% since over the past month: This is on the strength of its progress on its world-class project in the Nachu province in Tanzania, which has already attracted offtake partners for its planned graphite production of 250,000 tonnes per annum over a 30 year mine life. While this goes on, little Mozambi Resources (ASX:MOZ) is progressing with their own graphite tenements in the same neighbourhood, with some tenements literally next door to Magnis in Tanzania…

Altech Chemicals is aiming to become one of the world's leading suppliers of high purity alumina (HPA). HPA is a high-value, high margin and highly demanded product because it is the critical ingredient required for the production of sapphire substrates that are used in the manufacture of LED lights, and for the manufacture of alumina semiconductor wafers that are widely used in the electronics industry. HPA is also used for the manufacture of scratch resistant arti?cial glass used for scratch resistant watch faces, camera lenses and by various smartphone manufacturers. MC: $12 m Shares: 120 m Cash: ~$1.5 m Altech recently completed its Bankable Feasibility Study for a plant in Malaysia, which has been endorsed by new substantial shareholder and cornerstone investor Melewar. Melewar's executive chairman Royal Highness Prince Ya’acob Bin Tunku Tan Sri Abdullah, Malaysia’s 29th Richest Person, stated this week: “The potential for Altech to be one of the worlds' leading producers of high purity alumina at a low cost, with its plant in Malaysia is what attracted our attention and has culminated in this investment. The rapid growth in demand for sapphire based products from LED lighting manufacturers, and the electronics and smart phone sectors is compelling."

Recent Anns and articles to support FA and current forward movement of Co. Earlier article prior to Cornerstone Inv Ann: http://www.nexttechstock.com/apple-reveals-iwatch-atc-reveals-us60m-p-ebitda-high-value-ingredient/ Apple Reveals the iWatch – and ATC Reveals US$60M p.a. EBITDA on its High Value Ingredient Altech Chemicals (ASX:ATC) has just revealed an impressive set of numbers on its planned High Purity Alumina manufacturing plant. High Purity Alumina – or HPA, is used in a range of high value applications, most notably in LED lights, semi-conductor wafers… and scratch resistant artificial sapphire glass. There is no substitute for HPA as used in the manufacture of these products. Sapphire glass is the material on the face of the Apple iWatch, and it’s widely tipped to become the new normal for smart phone screens, replacing “gorilla glass”. The HPA market is expected to double over the coming decade, and has a long term sale price of US$23.00 per kg. Where things get interesting for ATC is that for capital costs of US$77M, it can set up an operation pumping out 4,000tpa of 99.99% High Purity Alumina yielding an EBITDA of US$59.4 million a year at full capacity. The all in costs for this process are just $8.60/kg – significantly lower than reported competitor costs of between $14/kg and $17.50/kg. With a plant located in Malaysia, on the door step of the Asian manufacturing industry, and strong market growth predictions, ATC is moving forward at the right time. The above figures come from the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) that ATC has just completed, three months ahead of schedule, which confirme d its HPA project as technically viable and commercially attractive. ATC will now move to secure the required equity and debt funding that will enable it to rapidly bring the project to its final design – and then build it. ATC is currently capped at under $10M, and remains a speculative stock – so caution should be applied when considering as an investment. But things are starting to move very quickly for ATC indeed – and the BFS could be the catalyst that hurtles the company to the forefront of HPA production… http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150810/pdf/430dchz81366zw.pdf Altech Ann.JPG Link to Qtrly including BFS http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150731/pdf/4306j86xxz2mx6.pdf DYOR - Embrace the Positive - Respect the Negative - Invest or Don't - Accept your OWN decisions...

MOO - Social Media Content Aggregation [15/08/2015]
Mcap: $5m Cash: $367k, Price 0.003c On the 11 Aug MOO committed to the acquisitions of ShareRoot. This saw the stock rise sharply to a short term high of 0.006c before retracing back to 0.003c today would have been 0.004c but a single trade on close dropped to 0.003. The last 2 days volume has decreased dramatically and the close today is on ultra low volume of 4m shares compared to the spike. The drop off in volume confirms for the lack of supply at his level... Expect it to rally upwards from this point over the next few weeks. Most accurate posters on HC? See the beginning of Weekly Short Term Trading thread each week.

SYA (Sayona Mining Ltd) Market Cap: $10.3M Cash: $738K Last price: 2.7c Share price has been forming a pennant like pattern. The share price is at the support line of the pennant. It may break upwards out of the pennant on the next travel upwards. There was initially a smaller pennant occurring but the company went into a trading halt which has skewed the initial pennant. RSI is in a pattern which will either make another hump or break the pattern upwards. Volume was decreasing but is now at lows. 2015-08-13 SYA Daily Chart - Pennant.png
