Both you guys are bang on... I've met a few top notch people on the market, and it almost seems right of passage to be cleaned out first before you get your head in the right space, and come back hard. 2018 my first year investing, cleaned me out.... exactly the way @Jayza1988 said, however not giving up, clawing my way back almost won back all my losses. If anyone is super depressed about losses, "remember not to lose the lesson when you lose" and never ever ever give up. That goes for life/trading/ anything you want to make it at.The market ain't going to just give its riches, otherwise, everyone is going to be doing this.
