Currently merging with RED to creat a greater than 450k oz/yr gold producer. Terms are 3.434 RED shares for every SLR share. Current RED SP is $0.3825, giving a theoretical value of $1.3135/share to SLR. There has recently been a difference of 3-4c between the theoretical and actual SP of SLR, but it has blown out today. With gold surging and, hopefully, gold stocks to follow should be 25% in it for SLR. In fact, evaluated at the ATH for RED of $0.455 on the 14/04/2022, a theoretical SP of 1.5625 for SLR, that's about it.
