Dont know weather this is the right thread or not but any one have any opinions on Bwp. Picked up a small parcel at $3 end of April, currently at $3.30. Last dividend was 7.67c forecasted 8.1c second half of 2015. Revenue up 19.1% in last 6 months net profit at 66.7 million.
Leases sites for Bunnings warehouses and other centres. From what I've found not much contracts expiring for the next two years.
Buy side heavily out ways the sell side could see this climb further.
