Seems to be the only ASX listed dairy stock to have not been rerated so its either an opportunity or something is wrong. Possible market has lost faith in management but its large dairy assets (valued at 11.5c per half yearly) underwrite the current value and could represent a good takeover target as we've seen alot of consolidation in the dairy/agri sector

As the stock is on a base downside should be minimal if Im wrong with big upside if im right



Australian Dairy Farms Group

Australian Dairy Farms Group is a vertically integrated business – AHF is a vertically integrated dairy producer that owns and operates four dairies on six properties totalling 1,330 HA (3,436 Acres). The dairy farms carry approximately 3660 livestock, which includes 2,347 Milkers producing approximately 17,800,000 litres annually.
The Camperdown Dairy Company (CDC) processing plant including packaging facilities produces and distributes milk, butter and yoghurt to Victorian Woolworths, Coles and IGA Supermarkets with the range of products home delivered across Australia.
To improve the Group’s profit and maximise securityholder wealth, the following developments are intended for implementation in the near future:



Camperdown Dairy Company

On 15 April 2016, Australian Dairy Farms Group acquired the Camperdown Dairy Company (CDC).
The acquisition represented a transformational transaction for AHF and created an ASX-listed vertically integrated dairy company with fully-owned and controlled paddock-to-table and supermarket shelf operations.
AHF is focused on growing its business by producing a full range of high quality dairy products and delivering them into expanding domestic and international markets.
