Guys, need your advice here. Any recommendation on other brokers apart from Commsec?
I'm thinking of switching.
I do trade a lot and need a no-glitch platform. . .
Had couple issues during these past few days with Commsec and it really irks me !
1. Bought 500k shares one day and was only credited around 480k. Emailed the support team; they didn't explain why, just replied me this:

2. I can't put any single order today. not even $1k !!!! I definitely have just enough money in my CDIA (5 figures) and will get credited much more by tmr. Phoned Commsec One twice today, spoke with different RMs. Both were amicable but here's what they told me: " you traded a lot in the last couple days and the calculation in your chess holdings blah blah blah . . .
shall be fine by tmr though". Dumbfounded
3. Lastly, does anyone know how to check how much you have paid
per annum to Commsec?
I can only find the
monthly brokerage fees.

supposedly buy orders could have reaped me around $2-3k today !!
