i suggested BOE for a short term couple times recently.
bailed today on CR news, had no idea that was coming as they were holding plenty of cash.
placement at a lower SP than previous placement is red flag for me.
who knows if it went to their mates or if they just don't see the SP higher in short-term,
either way not treating shareholders well.
