Couple of days ago Charry posted the following comments from John Genner-
"Difficult to give $ amounts for some contracts as they are continual. Some like Middle east have 405 buildings to be completed at 20 to 50k per building, BBC has had 200 of 800 offices to be completed at similar price. DSTO etc. Just examples."
While I appreciate there is no timing guidance on payments, consider-
If you assume 605 installations for the 2 contracts mentioned, then revenue would be
@ average $25k per installation = $15m
@ average $30k = $18m
@ average $35k = $21m
Profit, margins not revealed, but assume 30% of revenue then using revenues above reveals
$4.5m, $5.4m and $6.3m.
At 45% margin, profit is - $6.7m, $8.1m and $9.5m
And that is just two contracts!
I appreciate the cash may flow over years, rather than on contract signing or installation, however it is worth factoring into BQTs need for 'cash'.
