You are right trendee, there is little control we can exercise over the price of coal, Asia probably can just by varying demand or source as they have become the biggest consumer.
If the opposition had a smidgen of intelligence they could have agreed to a contribution of sorts for Doctor visits for example, and seen real funds go toward medical research...that way we could be looking for new cures and new treatments for illness and sell these findings to the world...become world leaders in fact.
