Well that Iranian lifter is one of the lucky ones for only being banned if you compare it to the crap treatment of their women. Women in Iran walk around with a target on their head for being judged on their head wear and how it's adjusted. My female colleagues are of the lucky few to have been able to leave the backwardness of that regime.
