australians have a penchant for overcapacity... when two is enough, we will build or have three or four even...remember the unnecessary duplication of cable by telstra and optus back in the '90's?...there are other examples also..
australia's resource companies are all dressed up and have nowhere to go, except maybe to the corporate graveyard..certainly that's where many of them will wind up...
