JL is using a "clean mixed concentrate of SEG and HREE" produced by Texas Rare Earth Resources as an example. Not NTU mixed concentrate. This has been discussed before but you obviously have a short memory.
So NO, you can't use REO prices and discount 10% because NTU are not intending on producing a mixed concentrate of clean SEG and HREE.
You can use the factual and accurate information kindly provided by ausheds regarding what clean mixed concentrates are selling for in China. But then that would only prove just how uneconomic the project really is so you obviously just ignore it.
Well done dude, a potential $4.18kg saving in mining costs. Thats just brilliant.
