Sorry, forgot to respond Minaplaya, 2038 lease expires. But lets face it, anything south of Mitsubishi can't be exported by DRX through existing port in less than 5 years, if it could be done at all. DRX (Seblico) want MLM and they'll work it that smallholders are stiffed and I would think also ILWELLA. Worlds largest sand deposit will go to foreign controlled. TLO's will miss out, just as they are with Mitsubishi.
