Over the last few years your advice has been sure to result in penury, destitution and even starvation to anyone who's listened. Before a buy is signalled a bottom has to be formed and there's no sign of that at this juncture, the trend is quite clearly down.

Yes gold & silver are real money, not currency, that's why the world's central banks hold gold & (a few) silver. The other assets they hold are currencies. They only hold Tier 1 assets not property. Bonds & lately stocks as they're propping up markets
