    The company has successfully acquired and spent ~$50+m and 8 years to get it to the last federal approval.

    The fact they got this far, highlights that they have conducted their work in the best way possible, to achieve all required approvals, the Parliamentary inquiry and proceedings outcome thus far.

    NSW is at an important juncture, where finance, exploration and mining sectors are watching this one closely. It will be the difference between a flourishing regional NSW, and one that will die. The Government does not pay the bills to achieve prosperity in regional NSW.

    Is NSW, and in fact Australia closed for business? Or is it not for such a critical metal?

    The recent announcement by the Federal government(and article below) indicates that they want it, but we are all familiar with lip service and waffle.
