The blend proportions piece. I missed it the first time round - thought it meant mixing a wee bit of synthetic with a wee bit natural at first blush. It's an entire fleet that they're blending into - at an initial percentage of the entire fleet?
So the natural needs to go toe to toe with the synthetic first off. Then at a later stage prove it's better than synthetic to encourage customers to replace the whole fleet with natural?
