yes there is the thing you mentioned about MOU failure releasing excessive supply BUT without those MOU's to justify 200kt/pa production SYR would be back to multiple 10kt offtakes and time taken to gather all of them up.
Let alone they have to produce 100's of kt's Graphite in order to extract the 2%ish whatever vanadium credits. Would it all work if SYR could only do say 50kts instead of 200? would 50kt production justify the Market Cap?
