I will say again it needs to be done well before the AGM otherwise and I know it has been talked about we are likely to have a group of holders joining together with 5% of total shareholding calling another EGM and attempting to spill the board whilst auditors examine the company and this will cause a new set of problems starting with the company being suspended till all is known.
