The problem is : people do not read the news , do not read the announcements
Just jump on the trading account without reading and then spent long time on HC
I have read the announcement this morning and I have shared some comments with some screenshots
I will share it again with some more
1- TH and Suspension were for proposed material contract
2- The announcement today is regarding sale of Honoratus investment ltd the holding company of its
Ukraine assets ( this completely regarding AWD and nothing regarding AWD with Vonex acquisition)
A big difference between the word proposed and The word holding
Also the settlement of this sale within one month
Why?
Because of AWD should apply for re-admission to asx on 12/10 and settlement of the acquisition on 18/10
Valuable comments regarding the requirements of selling assets to go through the acquisition
