Mining......They had ZERO clue, dropped
Battery recycling.....History of avoiding authorities with unlicensed facilities, low volumes, no path to chemical production.

It's not exactly a winning formula. The company needs spin to recover any value.

I mean look, they have performed an Unmarketable Parcel sale facility at 5 year lows in the SP. Why would they kick people from the register when the SP is down if they thought the SP would recover in the near future? In other words, they don't expect the SP to recover in the near future.
