Hi Norsc I've been wondering about that timing issue myself, but haven't had time to try to find out. As WAM want the cash & franking credits, I expect there will be announcement to clarify the situation. So far AYS have said they "expect the record date to be 31 March 2021", so I won't be surprised if that is moved backwards, to flush out people like me who want the first AYS distribution, then accept the offer with the reduced conversion rate.
