    No they probably won't get 90%, but AYS is being delisted & wound up, so in the end all shares will be valueless for who ever owns them in the end.

    80% is not really important, only allows SHs to use rollover relief, if the have made a capital gain & from what I've read most long termers didn't do that.

    WAM want as much cash & franking credits as they can get & don't care how long they have to wait unlike most retail investors.

    It's my expectation that WAM will announce they aren't going to extend the offer period, so you won't be able to take the first distribution & then accept the reduced offer. This will cause a flood of acceptances of those who don't want to wait until October to get the balance of the cash.

    Generally directors don't get termination packages. They've already earned their bonus shares by getting the takeover off the ground.
