Hi Rod, so if one accepts the WAM offer on or before the 30 of March then all the 3 distributions slated to be
delivered to AYS shareholders, will therefore be going to WAM Inc.

If one accepts WAM's offer on the 30 March, only the day before the record date of the Major Distribution (31March). Does this give the Share Registry enough time to transfer the shares to WAM ownership such that WAM will receive the first distribution.
