As I see it it looks like Rusty is looking at 2 options:

    1. Sell CVN's remaining share of Bedout interests.
    2. Sell CVN outright.

What do we do after this? IMHO it's a bit too late in the energy cycle to be pouring money into new exploration. Bedout has shown those keen to buy into exciting projects may not do so without FID unless they are prepared to take bigger risks. One or 2 contributors have pointed this out. Granted CPC bought in pre-FID (and may be rueing the day they did this) but at a price that I thought was pretty ordinary and excluded any blue sky potential. So if we sell Bedout interests do we just pack up and go home? I think Rusty wants to take the money and run. I don't think he's keen to manage CVN long term.

If CVN is sold to the highest bidder then the decision is made for us.

    Any thoughts?
