Majority of our cost will be distribution or sharing with promoters & e.g who will bring it to final consumer..in Pharma you would expect 15-20% cut

That is where Net usd 540 number comes from ...

if , we get just 0.5% of the market >> we will be over $1.6 SP..BOT presented the table indicating where 1% , 2% , 3% ,4% will take us..

1. We sell at approx usd 650
2. Less 20% Max >> and get usd540
3. Less Cogs say usd40
4. Profit at product level or Gross Profit usd 500
5. Say , we do 150 000 prescribtions in one year ..that is approx lets say 25 000 patients ( 6 times per year )..we should get 25 000 patients ! From 3.7mln population actively seeking treatment ! Can we ?!
6.This would give you usd 75mln
7. Less Opex 20sales people and board guys say 10mln p.a.
8. Royalties comming in , say usd 2mln p.a.
9. Net Profit around 67mln at PE 20( conservative..normally higher e.g 25-30)
10. Usd 1.4bln or aud 1.6per share
