Not sure about this.
Certainly there is a peak in the afternoon when it's hot especially, but how much extra % power will this produce vs. those panels facing north?
Most aren't true north anyway, there would be wide variation East and West of North in most installations imo.
Add to that roof pitch and it's not a straight forward exercise.
I don't reckon anything will happen with existing installations.
