So?

For that list to have any meaning whatsoever, it would have to be put side by side with similar lists from other industries such as oil, gas and coal. Judging by recent news, it would be a pretty even comparison IMO. Companies go to the wall all the time, in all industries, for all sorts of reasons. And including acquisitions on the list? That's just cheating to pad the length.
