At least one corporate holder is attempting to get rid of the incompetent and self servicing (independent) director in our company. It really needs a whole lot more to force the issue and force him out, Mather still holds too much power and uses our DGR holdings as his personal shares to perpetuate his power at the detriment of the other, non aligned to him, holders. Under his leadership, his management, his company strategy/s, together with appointing his incompetent senior management personnel, our company is failing. Mather has secured over ten million pounds, and many more in bonuses, free shares and options, when in the CEO position. Under his leadership have a look at DGR and the rest of our daughter companies.....all losing 90 of holders investments.
