    If we had maintained WFH then people could live elsewhere, and prices could drop.
    If people went back to sharehousing, prices would at least stabilise.

    30,000 people could leave Sydney tomorrow and buy houses outright - many just with their deposit or equity in their current house/unit.

    Australia just has to enable living in Armidale with jobs like the APVMA (Barnaby did that bit)
