NSE basically ran out of cash - and secured an additional $3m debt facility from bankers....this is the definition of "muppetology" ......as it does not address the issues the company faces .......
SSN - chk the payables in the accounts ......
imho - the "reason" to chg the ADR ratio is to make it "more attractive" for US punters to arb the stock betwixt USA and Aust markets ......
concur with cmonaussie - re the debt facility amounts .......
