no worries .....the comments by "Ya" and "Comeaussie" are very good imho .....and worth taking note of ....
fyi - it is "possible" to buy oil in the ground for "nil" at present (KAR / CVN come to mind) and also possible to buy producing assets for abt 20c in the $ (COE comes to mind).......all have their own "foilbles" ......(eg how is KAR going to fund a multi Bn development in 2-3 yrs time) ......and CVN probably needs a discovery in ROC (free carry) .....while COE is "paying" for the privelage to develop a gas field with santos ......
all have nil net debt .........
its always risk versus return .....and in the current environment - those that require funding .....wil find life tough (imho)
