Surveyor friend works outer north west of Sydney.....Wallgrove road to Penrith area....said work from last year is down about 40 to 45%.... an the dynamics have changed from Apartment work to Duplex and townhouse work.....
South west of Sydney in the New Second airport area a mate owns a property with acres and land value is still rising about 25% to 30% a year...on year...
South west of Sydney numbers of People are down at auctions and prices are down from Real Estate people I am talking too.. between 4% and 9% on average
Mates with Real estate company in Newport, Mona Vale, Narrabeen area report it is very slow at the moment an some are really struggling... Prices for property sold is steady... no noticeable decline yet..or further rises...
This is just from people I know in the industry in these areas I have mentioned... ( other areas have their own dynamics in Sydney and other metro areas )
