What is your proof of this HH? Not your gut feel or assertion. So by your reckoning, because AVB has not announced that finance is signed (yet), it must mean that there must be no interest from lenders? What detailed discussions with the Board, company announcements, broker or media reports can you point to that backs up your claim?
