Being in suspension may be saving your theoretical position with that other stock but the real worry is what if it never comes out of suspension?
A very real possibility IMO.
Their other worry is what is copper dips further in the short term? Won't hurt AVB because we are still in mine buiolding mode but would seriously hurt your other one even if copper bounce back to $4.00 in a couple of years time.
