A very real possibility IMO.

Their other worry is what is copper dips further in the short term? Won't hurt AVB because we are still in mine buiolding mode but would seriously hurt your other one even if copper bounce back to $4.00 in a couple of years time.

I don't under estimate the dire position Kalenn however live in hope. If Cu continues to dip it may hurt AVB as lenders will be very wary.
