KK - maybe 14 cents. Given up trying to divine when the SP will re-rate - been flat wrong a couple of times already while Hippy has been pretty much right, damn his cheesecloth and lentils. AVB is proceeding to the build as though full finance is settled, which is interesting. Hard to see why, unless they are fully confident and maybe had a quiet word with on-site visitors. Does seem odd that the SP hasn't surged much yet, given the project does have a great set of numbers.
Mind you, maybe people are leery of banks getting in trouble due to macro events and if so, finalising finance may prove a more important event. Bit disappointed by the failure of the SP to properly fire up yet,really, but consoled by the fact it should eventually.
