"Mind you, maybe people are leery of banks getting in trouble due to macro events and if so, finalising finance may prove a more important event."

In saying that and working within todays climate this could invariably take a lot longer than predicted which in turn will put some downward pressure on our sp.............I prefer to not look at the downward pressure as much and fantasise more on the initial spike and any retrace in our sp will make the spike look even better.
