Absolutely agree.
In addition, and perhaps its speculation, but if there are any major adverse safety issues during a trial.. they need to modify the trial or in the worst cancel postpone / cancel trials (such as the Tmunity trial which was paused, and later the FDA requested that the trial be cancelled because of the 2 deaths).
PTX100 trial commenced in 2019 and the dosages have increased from 500mg, to 1,000mg to final dosage of 2,000mg... at each escalation point, no adverse safety impacts were reported. Perhaps im fairly optimistic where these headline results will fall into....
Plus, on a separate note with the recent and more regard to Car-T therapies... PTX's programs, CHM's programs and recently announced IMU programs.... the issues faced by Tmunity in their trial can be potentially addressed with the next generation OmniCar.... which PTX has the WORLDWIDE exclusive license to.
Did anyone notice where Tmunity originally received their Car-T treatment from and where OmniCar came from?? ... connect the dots!!
