I have seen this before where on the initial stage of a significant market correction NST and others are swept up in the selling. Doesn't matter what the physical gold is doing, margin calls, rebalancing of portfolios etc Gold stocks will not be immune from the market sell off. To me it represents good buying particularly for the lot I sold out at the high $14's. I bought back some today.
I feel there is no doubt that our gold stocks will rebound in the early stages of a market recovery or even when the rest of the market settles at a lower level. Every day that passes NST is receiving around AUD$2,500 per oz with AISC of around AUD$1,200 per oz approx; incredible margins.
